I'm hoping Amazon doesn't this 20-steps with instructions and you have to do a ton of other things to get this working. Once installed, you just log into the software using your O365 username (email address) and password and the software is now registered to you (and Outlook works to get your email). From there, you can download/install Office 2016. To be more specific - you know that having a O365 Business Premium account, you can log in at. Or maybe that's something entirely different. Maybe I'm reading that wrong, but it sure does seem like Amazon over-complicates this a bit.

Is this possible or am I going to have licensing issues? Will this client still be able to use their Office 365 Business Premium service while using Amazon Workspace? Basically, they only install what comes with their subscription. I'd have to purchase a different license for Office 2016. CloudJumper said they can't use that because of terminal service licensing. My question is: The client uses Office 365 Business Premium. The end user is using a Windows 7 or 10 computer - which they are all familiar with already. Integration with AD and/or Azure so at least they can access mapped drives. Basically terminal services with no AD integration. Their solution is basically RDP to a Windows 2012 or 2016 server. I looked at CloudJumper's workspace as a service. So, I'm looking at DaaS to reduce costs, less hardware to manage, and licensing costs and issues reduction.

The challenge I face was: Do I continue to build out the remote desktop (VDI) structure I have in place for 5-6 users now? I don't want to build out that solution for 20-25 new remote users. I have a client who is going to be moving almost 50% of their staff off-site - to become remote workers. I've been thinking about and reading and poking around about DaaS stuff lately.
